The gentleman and lady behind the front desk were awesome. The room was good. The only suggestion is on the desk leave a pamphlet outlining how to get to (what is near/things to do) shopping centre, chemist, arcade, food area etc. also, a small sticker stating how to connect to the internet on desk or on the menu sheet.

Room service was really good. Lamb curry was delicious. Great location for transport, shopping and dining out. Pool not available due to maintenace. Did not provide enough towels for number of booked guests. Requested more and after several hours had to call again for the towels. When room serviced daily took all towels and only left 2. Had to call and request more each day. Cleaner left cleaning gloves in the room after cleaning.

Convenient, clean and comfortable

Clean and comfortable. Parking fee seems a bit steep on top of accommodation. Father’s day made breakfast a bit hectic and crowded , but restaurant staff were responsive and helpful.

Awesome location and service

Great location for food and family entertainment options. The staff were AMAZING and went out of their to accommodate our group of 20 for dinner, which was delicious and good value. Looking forward to staying there again!
