It was a very lovely stay, staff were inviting and accommodating. Hotel parking can be extremely pricey bur the holiday inn express offers an inclusion of both breakfast and parking making it an affordable stay. The breakfast had sooo many options beyond western food which I really appreciated. The only thing I would say is that I would have loved if the hotel offered a wider variety of milk selections for breakfast (oat milk, lactose free or almond milk) for those who can’t digest milk. Beyond that I highly recommend this hotel, it os so close to everything in the city too.

This is a fantastic hotel with nearly everything you could need. Close to southern cross and tram lines, a small in site gym, delicious breakfast provided, comfortable, clean room and beds. Very nice staff (even arranged well priced dry cleaning for me that was same day service). I can’t wait to come again!
