This is a fantastic hotel with nearly everything you could need. Close to southern cross and tram lines, a small in site gym, delicious breakfast provided, comfortable, clean room and beds. Very nice staff (even arranged well priced dry cleaning for me that was same day service). I can’t wait to come again!

I had a wonderful experience staying at [Hotel Name]. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the little touches—like complimentary water, quality toiletries, and a cozy bed that made it easy to relax. The location was perfectclose to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the hotel amenities (like the pool/gym/lounge) were clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

This Holiday Inn property is conveniently located near the Southern Cross station making transportation very easy. The hotel is modern with updated rooms. The on-site restaurant serves a delicious hot breakfast buffet with many food options. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I really appreciated being allowed to check in a couple of hours early to rest before we went sightseeing. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thank you to everyone there!

Across the road from Spencer Station. Good for those who catch the skybus and dont wanna wheel luggages around for too long on the roads/footpaths. Breakfast buffet was really good. They serve breakfast between 6:30-9:30am. We stayed 1 night and slept well. Both soft and firn pillows were set up. Bathroom was spacious and clean.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway and, unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. While the location is great and central to everything in the CBD, that’s really the only standout. Have previously stayed with the hotel chain and loved the experience but this time way totally different. The room had a strong musty, mould-like smell from the moment we walked in. There’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which made the odour worse after showers and it lingered throughout our stay. On closer inspection, there was visible dust build-up in the vents and around the door frames, which raised questions about cleanliness. Staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming either – just the bare minimum in terms of service. Overall, this felt more like a 2-star experience. The location is excellent, but the comfort, cleanliness, and service were lacking. Wouldn’t stay here again.
