This one bedroom apartment was very clean, had onsite parking (that cost extra each night), was in close walking proximity to the Docklands and the restaurant’s were outstanding especially Butchers Prime. The property had its own washer and dryer which was excellent and we had a partial view of the water from the lounge and bedroom and the balcony. I would highly recommend this property. We felt it was good value for money and will stay there again when in Melbourne next.

A great place to stay, check in was very easy and the staff were extremely friendly, parking was great and safe to leave car over night. The only thing was there was no milk in the fridge when arrived, not much of a problem as supermarket across the road but would of been much easier if had milk when arrived

I stayed in a studio room which is nice and clean. The problem is, these rooms are adjoining to other rooms. If you have noisy neighbors like I did, its best not to book these rooms.
