great location in central Melbourne. Our room had curtains that had a 30 cm gap at the bottom so there was a lot of light let into the room at night. Basic but clean. Friendly staff.

Trying to get around the bed was limited space was in the most cleanest hotel I've been in and I stayed in a lot of these ones this chain should I say shower okay should be a lot separate more up-to-date

Room was small but ok for stays where a bed is only needed. Noisy room due to building air conditioner next door building. Location was excellent for city centre access.

Great location, the "budget" is very accurate

Remembering that this hotel is a "budget" hotel from ibis, it's a great hotel. The location in the middle of a busy street with tons of shops and incredibly easy access to public transportation couldn't have been any better. I came for F1 weekend and it was so easy to get to the trams to get to the track. When I initially checked into the room, I was given a very small room where most of the lights and eventually the AC did not work. Being in the end of summer, the AC not turning on was a huge deal for me. However, once I mentioned it to the front desk, they were very quick to move me rooms and actually gave me a nice unexpected upgrade to a room with a street view, working AC and all of the lights work. If you're looking for something in a better location, your trip will come and go before you find something. But if you're looking for something that you can brag about to your family members back home, there's more than a couple of other options in Melbourne. Overall: Highly recommended for F1 weekend.

From the first contact with the property we were able to leave our bags as we arrived from the country early. They were only to happy to assist us with anything that we needed . I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the cbd
