Zero stars if I could - staff doesn’t care.
I stayed at Pegasus Apart’Hotel in May 2025 and while the apartment itself was decent, the customer service was extremely disappointing. My group of four accidentally left behind two MAC foundation bottles (over $100 value) and a black microfibre face towel in the bathroom of our 2-bedroom apartment. We are absolutely certain they were left on the glass shelf and towel rack.
After returning to Sydney, I called the hotel three times. The first time, I was promised a callback that never came. The second time, I was told nothing was found – which is hard to believe given how clearly the items were placed. On my third call, I explained again and was told by Rohit Vaid that unless I filed a police report, they wouldn’t take further action.
Instead of any empathy, I was met with repetition, deflection, and blame. No sincere effort was made to look into the situation or even acknowledge how upsetting it was. I wasn’t asking for much just help recovering personal items. The dismissiveness and lack of accountability were unacceptable.
It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like guests are treated as disposable once they check out. What should’ve been a great experience was completely overshadowed. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you value honesty, service, or basic decency.
