Room was ok. Rooms were convenient but not a lot of space to put suitcases. Bathroom was spacious but needed more bench space to put toiletries or have hangers. There was space where the washing machine spittle go so was a waste of space.

Nice, spacious apartment, well equipped and very clean. Some noises during the night but not sure where from. Could have been from executive lounge which we were next door to but not sure. Nevertheless a very pleasant stay. Hotel in great location with easy access to all parts of the city via nearby tram stops. Would definitely stay again.

We found the Pegasus Apart’Hotel was within a good distance of shops and transport. It was nice and clean didn’t hear noises from other rooms or the lift. The hotel was amazing letting us stay an extra night in the same room when I had an episode of vomiting and diarrhoea. Thanks Pegasus.

We were on one of the top floors and very pleased with how quiet it was. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The only issue we had was that the staff, while friendly, couldn't help us with how to get places - they even gave us the wrong info for getting to a place.

The hotel is in a good location, close to trams and the markets. The room itself was a bit tired but was comfortable and very spacious. The service from all of the reception staff was exceptional and overall great value for money.
