Just felt the place was a bit shabby. It had great aircon and clean but out of date and not a lux experience. Weird little things like being handed a tiny milk at reception which was underconstruction. Toilet paper cheap. It tried and check in and out was simple. It is roomy for groups of people or people who want to stay for long periods. Wouldnt stay again unless other places booked out.
Room was clean and well presented. All rooms are up stairs so don't book here if that's an issue for you.
Parking can be difficult over busy nights.

Property is lovely on the inside, could do with an update but for the price was clean and comfortable.
I would choose to stay here again, good price and lovely and clean.
Only thing I would say that would have made it better would have been a microwave inside the room.
For the cost having 2 queens, aircon and most importantly a kitchen was worth the price. Very close to transport straight to the city.

I liked being close to flemington and the locked access after hours.
I was disappointed there was no breakfast availability.
I was after a room "to sleep in" and thats what i got. Room smelled bit funky.
Beds made daily & towels replaced, however used dishes not replaced/cleaned.
Pleasant staff.
The staff were absolutely amazing.
Offered for us to leave our car there until we had finished at our appointment at the hospital.
They said they know parking can be hard to get at the hospital or close to
I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this facility. The condition of the premises was appalling, with a pervasive smell of human urine throughout. The cleanliness fell far below expectations, making it impossible to stay the night. I had to arrange alternative accommodation.
This experience does not reflect the 4-star rating on Google or the 8-star rating on Wotif. The disparity between the advertised quality and the reality was shocking. I strongly urge management to address these issues immediately to ensure future guests have a better experience."
