Check in staff were lovely. There was someone else’s hair in the shower drain when we arrived but this was rectified. Scuff marks on lots of doors but didn’t affect the stay. Paid for parking both nights but when trying to find a park Saturday night after being out, had to go to basement 2 (public parking) so not sure why I paid for parking….

We booked a room with two queen beds which was a decent size over looking the cricket ground. Room was nice and clean. Staff very accommodating and hotel was in a great location close to city, St Kilda beach and Chapel St

From the time of check in till we left. No issues. Clean room, comfy bed, tram stop 100m from hotel and close to Albert Park for a run. We normally stay in the big city but this time we decided to stay out of the city and explore St Kilda area. Will definitely use this hotel in the future.

Our 1st room hadn't been fully cleaned, dust on all hard surface tops, not good when you have a 16 month old with allergies and the tiny milk carton in the fridge was open. The shower bay is only half enclosed so then the bath matt gets totally wet before you get out of the shower. The 2nd room upgrade was exactly the same apart from the milk. There is no free drinking water in the rooms. The Breakfast Buffet was average with not enough staff working.
