Staff was great. We were however disappointed that the restaurant and bar were located in another building (north) which didn’t work for us so we requested to move there which was done very nicely. I do feel that should have been an option on booking. We were also dissatisfied with no vending machines or mini bars. Room service was very quick and very good. Our housekeeper Yulia was lovely.

Absolutely amazing for our family trip. This is one of the few hotels that would provide a microwave, which is so helpful with little kids. They also came to our rescue and delivered a crib in the middle of the night, to my great relief. We traveled near Christmastime and they even surprised our kids with a gift from Santa! Appreciated the staff who did their best to accommodate an early check in and having our families’ rooms close together. Best hotel experience I’ve had in downtown Vancouver!

We were pleasantly surprised that we got an early check in upon arrival. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The beds were small and would have been uncomfortable if you were sharing with another person. The pillow selection was nice. The rooms were a bit dated and the pool was small for the size of the hotel and the amount of people able to access it. We were happy with the location and the walkability to most things. Overall, for the price we were very happy with our stay.
