Lovely clean room. Fantastic service from the cleaning team and from the staff at the club lounge. Club lounge manager provided tickets for ice skating at robson square, much appreciated. Club lounge waitress Tuinquille (spelling may be wrong!) was superb .

The room wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be and the room was like a closet. It was so small. I don’t even think it was a king size bed. It was smaller than my king size bed. The staff wasn’t very helpful when wanting to find the ice machine or anything he didn’t give us any guidance of where we were. I don’t think I’d ever stay here again.

Staff were courteous and rooms were clean. The ambulance bay of the emergency department was located across the street so I was woken up multiple times during the night by sirens. Parking was extremely expensive.

Clean room, although the layout is awkward and the “main” bedroom is poorly configured- it is difficult to get to the other side of the bed (window side) because there’s barely any room between the foot of the bed and the odd wall jutting out. Can also be an issue at night if you need to go to the washroom and it’s dark. Service requests are handled quickly, something I miss a lot from the US Marriott hotels. Not having to wait 3 hours for a replacement towel is great! Room service was good, delivered in a paper bag with all the accompaniments. Conveniently located and very helpful front desk. Parking is expensive considering there are very limited spaces if you are staying in the South tower. You will most likely need to park in the North tower and make the short trek to the other tower. This is our second time staying at this hotel for the holidays and we plan to stay again.
