The Hotel was great. Just located in a very dirty area. Sirens always going by from ambulance, police and fire trucks made it very noisy. Wish someone would have given that review.

Nice little hotel , very close to the Gaslight area, and even though the parking wasn’t on the property, it’s just a block away. Staff were very nice and helpful. Would recommend staying there.

Exterior of building upon approaching was horrible, felt like I had been scammed for the money I paid. Looked like an abandoned dump in terrible condition. Interior extremely small, no vending machine, no ice machine, views of homelessness.

Right across the road from a Salvation Army and there are a lot of homeless people around. The hotel is going through some renovations and the hotel staff has handled the situation quite well!

The staff was excellent with recommendations for things to see and transportation help. The hotel was conveniently located for shopping, dining and attractions. The only thing I would have changed was the AC in the room which was kind of noisy.

Very nice hotel that has recently had upgrades. Friendly staff, WORKING ELEVATOR and comfortable rooms… Homelessness is rampant in this part of town, but nobody actually approached or bothered up.. Walking distance to the cruise ships as long as you’re able to handle a couple blocks uphill…. Would absolutely stay again!! Thank you

Really lovely hotel, our room was modern, clean and comfortable - and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. There are plenty of places for food and drinks within a 10 minute walk (brunch at Nemesis Coffee was worth the queue out the door!) The local area definitely has some social challenges but we never felt remotely unsafe - just something to be aware of.

The hotel is under construction. When finished it will be worth the rate charged. It is not yet there. I was not happy about paying premium for a project under construction. A discount during this period should be applied.
