The hotel staff and the Hotel Manger was exceptional and always happy to help out, made our stay very welcome, and will recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

Good location with spacious rooms but thats where it stops. - elevators are slow and painful - not enough staff - pool area but no one uses it. - no room service - very limited breakfast choice Positives: Location - 2 mins to beach Starbucks coffee in the lobbt

The staff were very friendly, the housekeeping staff even changed all the bed linen daily.

The hotel is OK. Be prepared to wait in long lines to get the elevator to your room. Music begins poolside before 6 a.m. The music woke me each morning, even though I was on the 18th.floor. Arch shape pool was murky, not many options locally to diner late. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. I found lots of long dark hair around the room, benches etc
