This hotel is in a prime location- right across from the beach and within walking distance of all kinds of shopping, dining, etc. The view from our room was spectacular. However, the rooms are outdated and we experienced an issue with the keypad on our door repeatedly falling off. Additionally, we found "items" from the previous guest under our bed. The keypads on a few elevators did not work and the wait to get an elevator was annoying. The hotel is very busy and seems to be popular with the college crowd- if you're looking for quiet this is not the place. If you're just looking for cheap beachfront and not planning on spending much time at the hotel, it's fine.

had a bad experience with them miss placing our car keys so we missed out on our event. room service would never pick up when i would call i had to message them on my cell phone. me and my partner went during grad week which there was a lot of high schoolers. which was kinda annoying they was loud and would run down the hall ways

Good location but the hotel rooms have a musty smell, the carpet seemed humid, bathroom curtain has a mildew smell and was not replaced, the rooms fridge and drawers were full of food that previous people left behind, toilet paper was not replenished when house keepers came every other day

Overall the hotel was nice and staff were friendly. The rooms were a good size and had a beautiful view with a balcony. Only issue with the room is the air conditioning wasn’t great, making the room warm. The elevator system isn’t great and you have to wait a long time which wasn’t ideal. Nonetheless we had a good time and would recommend staying with an ocean view with lanai.

Twin Fin was a quick stay for us. It was filled with high school graduation graduate's. The elevators are time consuming, the view is spectacular. Rooms are renovated, water pressure is amazing. Bed was comfortable. It was not a bad experience , not up my quality. If you want to save money this is perfect. Would I stay again ? Probably not but would recommend for young generations.

The convenience/location ideal for walkable distances many food options, the beach!! Room was spacious and clean- staff friendly. Can get loud at night due to busy location. Enjoyed the onsight pool with wonderful pool deck with chairs/umbrellas. Valet parking was worth paying if rented car as no really other noted parking available . Seemed to have printed and suggested that there was a 15$ buffet breakfast 7-10am at the hotel club, but when we went was told it would be $55 for two- so we went else where for breakfast. I probably would seek a different venue on next visit to Waikīkī.

The AC didn't work properly at all. Even after maintenance. That was disappointing. It was hot in the hallways also. As you are walking out of the hotel from the first floor. There is a smell. Everytime we'd walk thru. Loved the products in the shower and sink. Staff was nice.
