Train to the airport is 5 minutes walk; location is very close to yaletown Staff were super nice, cleaning lady was very nice and kind as well as the receptionist Only think I think can do better is their coffee that they wont serve after 9 am at the lobby

The electricity was spotty. The lights went out for no reason. I had to argue to get a different room. The new room had a bathroom sink that tiny, less than 12 inches. It was supposedly remodeled.

Hotel location was fine. The overall hotel was a bit on the tired side. The carpet in the hallways was pretty worn out. The room had an old style air conditioner which struggled to cool the room (it was summer). It kept the temperature tolerable but not cold. There were only two elevators which were slow. There was sometimes a queue just to get into an elevator.

The customer service is very bad, they gave us queen-size bed instead of king-size bed as per to my reservation, the housekeeping took my towel, and the air conditioning doesn’t work properly

The website states the pool is open til 11. A staff member came upstairs to tell me the pool was closed as the staff had to clean the area. I relayed that is states til 11 on the website, in addition to the entrance door stating cleaning is at 11. The staff member was less than friendly when I relayed this info. Not impressed.

Very disappointing stay. Staff were quite rude and weren’t willing to accommodate to an itinerary change i had booked in advance. The staff laughed at me when I showed him an email stating that I did have confirmation of change. Also no housekeeping during the stay. The one day they did show up we left and she went in the room and when we came back hours later nothing was cleaned/changed. Hotel rooms were run down and lacking cleanliness. Have stayed here before but wouldn’t be back due to recent stay.

Old non maintained building escalator broken gym is a mess and not wiped down signage incorrect and hard to find things room service is Moxies who charge $10 for a cup of coffee elevators super slow and need maintenance one staff argumentative with me when I was giving feedback to charge $400 a night for perhaps a 2 star hotel is pretty low value in my opinion - non of the pop machines had Diet Coke -weird - overall the property needs refurbishing and leadership driving quality
