This property is a gem. Staff and hospitality was exceptional. The mineral pools are a rare super treat. Absolutely beautiful location. One of the best short excursions I have had.

Overall this hotel is amazing! Beautiful views, amazing food & great location. The one complaint I do have is the staff this time around. This is our second stay and we were unimpressed with some of the staff members. My husband and I were at the pool and could hear them talking about him to each other in a negative way. Hopefully the customer service will improve.

We enjoyed the mineral pool! It was so warm and relaxing. My one disappointment was my car did not charge overnight at the hotel charger station. The valet used their own plug converter but it wasnt working. Perhaps they can check to see if it is working for the customer.

We love this hotel. Continues to be our go to favorite. Our only complaint was the slower than typical service in the restaurant. It seemed they were short staffed.

The property is very nice. Rooms are generous and clean. Wonderful views. My issue is with the food quality at the snug pub. The last few times I’ve travelled here food was mediocre- not what you would expect from a property like this. Pre pandemic it was great! Faro has great reviews locally, but I have not personally tried it. Mineral pools are a nice touch. New sauna is fantastic.
