Ups and downs

Clean and tidy, however, no electrical sockets working so could not use coffee machine, hair dryer etc. Reception did sort. Breakfast was average for the money. Club lounge was good

Great airport hotel stay

This is a lovely airport hotel, well designed, quiet and ticks all the boxes for a stay pre or post your trip. I had a pleasant dinner however the bar food service was a little hit and miss - I had to jump up twice to go and get things from the entrance desk. There was no explanation of how things worked, if someone came to take order or if you ordered at the bar, basic thing really. The staff there were pleasant just seemed a little untrained and over stretched, Food was ok and the rooms very conformable and quiet and new bathrooms. All in all a great spot for a pre stay and a 10 minute walk from the T4 terminal building through an overpass (think bad weather) right to the entrance.

Great days sleep and rest

Arrived early off a red-eye and the front desk kindly checked me in as I arrived - great as I simply slept then work up in the evening and drove on to my destination in the north - did not even need to stay the night - despite being an airport I did not hear noise - rooms are well cocooned.

Rooms were spotless. Service in the restaurant wasn’t great. We didn’t get our drinks for over an hour. Food very pricey for what was quite bland to be honest. Very handy for the airport so I would use again but might bring a sandwich!

Great Hotel Near One of the Terminals

Heathrow is massive (more like a city) so I was surprised that it was a 26 pound taxi ride from Terminal 3, (or was it 2?) but I still would have stayed there. It's actually walking distance from one of the terminals through a long tube. I LOVE hotel lobbies- and this one did it for me. I ordered room service- the food was yummy, the room just what I needed, and the bathtub was great. Next time I'm need a hotel near Heathrow, I'll stay here.
