Rooms have clearly seen some damage from tourists. Cleanliness was fine. Convenient washer/dryer. Left luggage at front before check in but when I came back it was just sitting out there for anyone to get to, which is discomforting. Staff was either indifferent or very friendly, depending on the person. Convenient location, safe, but loud cars racing at night so hard to sleep without ear plugs. For a gaienmae stay it’s ok but could’ve been better.

Great room and great location. Everything is clean and the staff is very helpful. You can ship luggage from the front desk to your next location. It's more of a quieter locals feeling area right next to a metro stop. Getting to the major packed tourist areas like shinjuku and shibuya is only a couple train stops away so just takes a few minutes. There's a great local Izakaya, fast food, coffee and plenty of 7-11 and family marts nearby.

What I’ll remember most about my stay was the polite and accommodating staff. They were understanding when my flight was delayed and I couldn’t check in until 4am. They also helped me forward my luggage to my next stay. I’m glad I chose Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premier and would gladly do so again.

The room is a little older, dated, but has been well maintained. The staff were very responsive to my requests. It's convenient to have a little kitchen to make hot tea, microwave food, refrig.etc.. The washer/dryer in the unit is a nice bonus. I liked the location, quiet, clean, close to the train station, easy access to Shibuya, Harajuku, & Omotesando. They supply ReFa body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, & shower head, a very posh brand. I loved the brand so much I ended up going to ReFa to buy the products in Omotesando Hills. I would stay here again!

Room was clean. Didn't love that full housekeeping was for an addition feel, but I believe that's normal in Japan. The location was 10/10! Close to the train, only 10 minutes from Shibuya, and felt quiet and safe.

Great location and good hotel overall. Small rooms and a bit dated. Dust on the vents and corners but overall Ok. Great to have a good washer/dryer in the room! Easy to use and gets clothes dry ( albeit needs 4hrs - we launched it in the am and left for the day) Staff has very limited English so be ready to use Google to translate. Coffee is good. Quiet. Beds are comfy. No cleaning for 7 days!! If you need new towels etc, they may charge you so just ask the housekeepers.

the location was amazing! super walkable to the train station and also to Omotesando/Harajuku. It felt quiet enough from the hustle and bustle but still close and convenient to all major locations. the room was a bit small but that’s to be expected in Tokyo but it was perfect for our needs.

This room (queen bed) had the most space out of all our stays. The bed was comfortable, there was a kitchenette, and the washer/dryer in the room was super convenient. It was in a walkable distance to the metro lines, had a couple of good eats fairly close, and in a super quiet district. They provide robes and slippers for the rooms. My only complaints were the bathroom had a sewer smell when we first got there, and the hallway soundproofing wasn’t the greatest. Overall, this was a great location that wasn’t busy. I think I would stay here again because it’s nice to walk back to your hotel without a huge crowd all around. Oh, there was a grocery store around the corner and a 711 nearby as well.

Great location with easy access to three different metro lines. Only two stops from Shibuya on the Ginza Line, and within walking distance of Omotesando and Harajuku. The hotel was very clean, well-equipped, and convenient. The neighborhood is quiet, and there are several convenience stores nearby

This hotel has a great location! In a nice area of Tokyo, very close to the Gaemma subway station (Orange line). We were in 16th floor - great views! Rooms and hallways were very clean. However, be aware that they are very small (which is not unusual for Japan). Me and my husband were constantly rubbing elbows and in each others space. And absolutely no closet or drawer space. If you are traveling solo, it’s ok size. Overall, for staying in Tokyo, it’s a good price to quality/benefit ratio.
