It was always very clean and looked after well, staff from front desk all the way to cleaning crew were all very friendly. Extremely helpful when asked for help with directions and restaurant/shop recommendations. Would defiantly stay again, they made my visit to tokyo very pleasent!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Tokyo Dome! One of the standout features was the spacious room — much larger than we expected for Tokyo, which made our stay extra comfortable. The room was thoughtfully equipped with a small bar and a well-stocked refrigerator filled with cold drinks, perfect after a day of sightseeing. Dining options were excellent both within the hotel and nearby, offering a variety of choices to suit any taste. But what truly made our experience memorable was the incredible view from the 36th floor — breathtaking both day and night. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury in the heart of Tokyo.

There was a machine for check-in which was easy to use. The hotel has two sets of elevators and sometimes took a long time since it's a tall building. The room was spacious and clean with lots of amenities. The area around the hotel and nearby stations will sometimes get very crowded because it's next to Tokyo Dome. Other than Tokyo Dome, it is not very close to other attractions in Tokyo, and not near the Yamanote line. Overall it was a nice hotel and I would probably use it again if I was going to an event at Tokyo Dome.

Overall it was a good place to stay. Tye location was great. There are lot of stores, restaurants and amusement facilities around the hotel. Only thing is that the hotel room felt outdated. The bathroom was clean, but old.

We loved staying here. Many options around the Dome including a short walk to public transportation and a taxi is always available. Our room was a great size and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast daily on the 43rd floor. The views were fabulous also.

Lovely stay here, room was dpacious and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Also in a great location near tube stations and easy to get around.

The overall value is superb, especially for a hotel in such a prime location within the Yamanote Line. I’ll definitely return. My only complaint is the disappointing fitness gym, which fell short of the standards the rest of the hotel seems to aim for. To start, no towels were provided in the facility, so I had to return to my room to get one. There was no treadmill—only spin bikes and cross-trainers—and no dumbbells or kettlebells. The rest of the equipment was too limited for a proper workout. Worst of all, they charged an extra fee for two hours of access to this nearly useless gym. I hope they improve this area, as I’d love to become a regular guest.
