Incredible staff, room, amenities and stunning view of Tokyo tower even though it is blocked by another building. It’s still beautiful. Very close walk to Shimbashi station, for those who are taking the yamanote line. I would for sure stay here again. Staff and service were incredible.

The breakfast menu had a lot of options, the staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean. It was in a good location to be able to walk around and get to transportation easily.

Lovely view from room. Excellent shower pressure. Bed comfy and room v v quiet. We had amazing breakfast every day. It was an outstanding selection. Gluten free bread and allergens labelled too. The base room was small but a reasonable size for Tokyo. Reception staff very helpful, sorted Yamato for us with no issue. Incredible lobby views. I’d absolutely stay again
