Great hotel and helpful that it's a "Good Neighbor Hotel" with shuttles to Disney. Limited shuttle time though (as well as to Narita) so be aware of that. Otherwise, great faculty with a Lawson inside, and close to transportation. We enjoyed our stay!

The size of the room was smaller than I expected. It was totally different what I could see on the website. The room shape of my room was a bit weird like L shape which I couldn’t open my luggages properly. The most terrible thing was about the carpark. I did drive with my car, but one of the staff in the carpark was so rude and couldn’t speak any English. Also, you couldn’t drive out within 2200-0700. You need to tell them when will you estimate back to the hotel , this point was also ignoring. I did pay for it, why there was so many restrictions about that?

This property is in a perfect spot to get into the city but also have a bit of a break from the rush. It is in a very clean area with lots of dining options around. The property itself is very clean and has great amenities. The staff is very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice hotel. It is more corporate focussed than family. It’s in a good location by the train station. It had some basic food options around it. They had bath salts, and other lotions when you check in, which was nice to have. This hotel is a little pricey compared to the other hotels that we stayed at in the area that were similar, but cost less. Their buffet breakfast was very nice at a reasonable price.

I loved my stay here! It was very close to the bus and station. There were a few shopping malls within walking distance, which I fully took advantage of. This is a perfect place to stay if you're visiting Tokyo to explore. However, there was one issue that I could not overlook. One day when returning to the room, I turned on the bathroom light to find a roach crawling on the mirror which quickly ran behind it. I didn't see other critters thereafter but wasn't too happy to see that crawling near my toothbrush.

Honestly if you are looking for an affordable place to stay this is the hotel for you. A don quiyote a the back of the hotel and restaurants as well. The train line Yamanote is the most convenient and ideal line to get to your favorite destinations like Harujuku,Shibuya ,Shinjuku,Ikebukuro and Akihabara- no transfers. The only downside is how small the room is and that they do limited cleaning after 2 days instead of you requesting them to clean room and bed making everyday- you have to pay for that service. You don’t have to pay for changing towels and replacing amenities. But you get a washer and dryer in your room and it’s not coin machine. Which is super nice!!
