Honestly, it's in Tokyo. Prices are high, but there's so much to do, that hopefully you don't spend too long in this hotel. The internet sucks, the elevator is slow, bathroom sucks, and the walls are thin. If you are okay with that then great. I'm done with smile for now. Barely better than a hostel imo.

Central-ish location for a good price. Weekdays from 11:00, a bento vendor is present on site. The salmon onigiri are amazing. Hotel staff English is good to great. Would return in a heaetbeat. 10/10

Perfect place to stay if you are not too fuzzy

The room are very small and the shower is so tiny. But the rooms are very clean. Very near to Tokyo metro and tokyo main station

The staff were very kind and were always available to help. My room had a slight problem with the toilet which was making some noise and they offered to switch rooms. I turned it down as it was still quiet enough to not notice through the air conditioning.

This is a budget friendly, no frills type of place! We didn’t have high expectations to be quite honest as it was only for a brief stay and it was a lower cost, but we enjoyed it more than expected! The place looks a bit old and although our room/bed was small, everything else was great for the most part. They have a small table for amenities like a toothbrush, hairbrush, etc. The area is nice and is nearby popular restaurants (so you can line up early easily!) and also near large department stores. They are also partnered with Yamato luggage transport and they were nice enough to help fill out the forms for us. I will say that some staff were more friendly than others… but overall, a good stay!
