Friendly staff and good location. Close to Akihabara train station, Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Only negative was small amount of hot water for shower. Overall excellent hotel for family stay. Would stay there again in Tokyo.

The area under the Sobu line has a lot of small restaurants and there is plenty to explore in the immediate neighbourhood. There is also a great coffee shop around the corner (Egoland Cafe) for travellers who want real coffee instead of drinking canned vending machine coffee every day.

Room is for 6 people not 8 . Wrong description

Its at great location. Staff is hit or miss but overall good staff. We booked for 8 people. Added age of kids. They gave us 6 beds and expected 11 and 12 year old to sleep with parents. After discussion and staff's hesitation they gave one more fouton (floor mat). On hotel. Com its written sleeps 8.

Great for longer stays or stays w families, as the rooms are spacious, offer a kitchen and a washer. The only negative thing was, the pillows are really small and have me neck pain.
