Very dated hotel. Rooms are newer but the lounge above is nothing special. The check in process was an awful experience. Not worth staying at this hotel as there are many others. Very disappointing considering it’s an intercontinental hotel.

An exceptional hotel for our last night in Japan. After traversing Japans countryside...it felt good to be at the ANa. Staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times. The room furnishings and views were spectacular. I will definitely revisit.

Amazing place! The rooms were updated with wonderful amenities, and the layout makes it especially spacious - we looked forward to coming back every day from sightseeing to our rooms! Lounge is worth the extra cost to book the lounge floor I don’t need to be in the middle of all the action in Ginza or Shibuya but easily accessible from here Short walk to Roppongi and Akasaka is literally across the street Bed was a little too firm for my liking but everything else made up for that
