The facilities and amenities in the hotel is good, it is near a couple underground stations and 15 mins away from Tokyo Station. Able to access to both Tokyo International Airport easily. The surrounding area is quiet and safe at night.

The Hotel is a short walk to the train stations. Great Ramen restaurant right next door. Lawson’s and 7/11 are a short distance away. Great for late night snacks. There were three of us and the room is small, but cozy. Beds were comfortable. The toiletries are abundant. Toothbrush, face kit, shaving cream packets and razor. Quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again!!

This was a convenient area to stay in Tokyo, in walking distance from Tokyo station. The check-in is up on the 14th floor, which was a little odd as you need to go up to the 14th floor every time you return to the hotel, and then go back down another elevator to get to your room. This is a safety and security precaution, and wasn't too inconvenient. The rooms were comfortable with nice bathrooms. We opted for breakfast included and were incredibly satisfied with the quality of the food and choice of Japanese vs Western options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Nice location, close to Tokyo station and also close to Hibiya line for Ginza and Akihabara. Also close to Takaracho station to catch Asakusa line to Haneda airport without changing train. Microwave available on certain floor to heat food if you need. needed to buy medicine and pharmacy was just across the road. Five star

This hotel was great after exploring Tokyo all day. The daily housekeeping was efficient and done by the time we came back. Also stocked us with bottled water every day. Location was near public transportation, breakfast spots and Lawson’s!

Pro: Sizeable room (corner double). Good location near Ginza with plenty of restaurant options in walking distance. Con: bathroom is awkward as shower/bath and toilet have their own compartments, but sink is in the main room area. Access to room is slightly awkward as you must take elevator to 14th floor reception to access elevator to rooms (a Tokyo policy, not the hotel's fault).

It was a great stay, clean sizeable rooms and easy to get to places. There’s a very close Hibiya line and in 15 mins, you’re in Tokyo Station where you can get to practically anywhere. Lots of 7/11, Family Mart and Lawsons around as well. Highly recommended!
