Good stay at this hotel. Conveniently located to subway to go to the Narita airport (10min walk and entire trip took 1hr20mins) and Disneyland/Sea (45mins). Property is new, facilities are good, bed is good, breakfast is good, however pls be mindful that the breakfasts only starts at 7am. We had an early flight and had to miss the breakfast. We requested for a take away but it was not accommodated. That was the only disappointment.

Good enough for just a couple of days

The hotel was well kept, one of the annoying things is that the Reception is at the 14th floor reachebke with a couple of designated elevators, then to descent to the rooms another couple of elevators were needed, the rooma are quite small so 2 adults with 2 suitcases each makes the room really small because there is no space to push them under the beds, the sink is small, but the shower/bathtub are great, so it's just fine...Tokyo Dome Hotel was much better...

Yae no midori is a beautiful, modern quiet hotel with lovely rooms and staff. The entrance is a bit tricky to find but it adds to the allure and the esoteric appeal. The only downside was the hotel restaurant was closed the two days during our stay. Would stay again.

This is such a lovely little hotel, located about 10 mins walk from Yaseu south exit of Tokyo station. It’s also just a 4 min walk from Hatchōbori station making it super convenient to get around Tokyo without being in an area that’s either too busy or secluded. There’s a massive Lawson’s right opposite for all your Conbini needs and a couple of other convenience stores around the block. There are a handful of eateries within a 5 min walk, including しんぱち食堂 茅場町店 which serves amazing grilled fish. The hotel is super clean and has a lovely, modern vibe. For the price and by Tokyo standards, the room is quite spacious and has modern fixtures (unlike the typical dated look that a lot of budget hotels tend to have). The bar is pretty cool and you can enjoy free coffee or tea (hot or iced) there throughout the day. The staff are lovely and cleanliness is superb. They provide lots of nice things like skincare and bath salts in the amenities as well. You can even borrow hair straighteners and curling irons if you need one. The only downside I can think of is that there isn’t a standard breakfast option - you can get set meals at the restaurant but they are a little pricey imo. But not a problem at all because the Lawson across the street opens at the crack of dawn. Overall, this hotel is amazing and for the price, you cannot expect anything better. The pictures are accurate (tbh the hotel is actually better than the pictures). Looking forward to my next trip here.
