Checking into the hotel the process of them Giving you a number while you have staff open having conversations was little irritating especially after traveling just wanted to get to my room. Once called it was two of us and the young lady said two guys in one room. I answered yes and when I got to the counter I was asked again about two guys one room. There are gay couple in the world. But other then those check in issue the rest of the stay was comfortable. The one thing I would say is the room are small I expect that but call Will 33

Stayed here for 7N/8D and it’s 5 mins away from Ginza, Asakusa and very convenient to Shiodome Sta and Shimbashi Sta that serves several lines. JR lines and subway. Such a nice hotel though I wish there was a decent cabinet. Daily cleaning and daily new PJs, what more can you ask for? Perfect!

Bathroom is small. They don’t provide iron and ironing board. They charge for drinking water bottles. They so not provide lotion. The only hotel in Japan where the toiletries were very bad quality. Charge very high price per night for average hotel. The metro is quite a walk.
