It’s a very Japanese hotel. Bfast at the grill house is not so great. Staff’s English skill is not good. The room is crazily small. Park hotel or iconic Royal park hotel are better than this hotel in Shiodome.

The hotel improved a lot with the new breakfast facilities. You can also get lunch and dinner, which is convenient if you are tired from traveling. Being in Shiodome means being close to the best Tokyo has to offer.

I stayed at this hotel twice on my trip to Japan and booked 4 rooms each time. The room I stayed at had a queen bed and a sofa. I asked for sheets for the sofa bed and they said the only way they would give them is if I paid $53 more a night. The bed was against the wall and hard to get out of to use the bathroom. So we wanted to use the sofa. If there’s only two people in the room and I want to use something in the room. I don’t think it’s fair that o should pay an additional $53 for sheets!

Great hotel and kind staff. Daily happy hour was lovely and it’s well located close to various subway stations, food, shopping, and anything else you would need really. Very walkable area! Rooms were a little smaller than I expected, especially with luggage open, but it was manageable. Would definitely recommend!

Good hotel with reasonable sized rooms, friendly staff and convient location to travel around Tokyo. Laundry facilites on every 2nd floor. Location is limited for food options but there are plently of options a short walk away around Shimbashi station, which also makes it easy to get to Ginza, Shibuya, Tokyo and Shinjuku etc. I would stay here again.
