Not worth the money. Bed was uncomfortable with broken springs that would poke my back. The room was worn down. Chose this location because I thought it would be quiet but had guests in the neighboring room throw a party. Apparently locals like to come and party there at night. Location was good. Direct access to the metro was a plus. Safe area at night.

Check-in process is easy. Typical hotel type. They clean everyday for you. Modern, paid breakfast, decent room that offer bit more space than others. While we didn’t use the travel station right at the hotel to the fullest. The main subway station is 10 mins walk. It pretty dead around there, seem like a business/work area. We love the stay, just gotta take extra 15 mins to get to town for some life

Disappointed that I could not check into my room @2:30pm because the staff said check in was 3:00pm eventhough my room was ready. The staff informed me if I wanted to check in at 2:30pm they would charge me Y2,400 for early check in. you have other people sitting in the lobby waiting for 3:00pm while you have 5 staff standing behind the check in desk doing nothing. If rooms are ready let people check in. It just makes people upset or tell people the rooms are not ready. Need to change this policy

It's located in an area of buildings and offices. There aren't many food options nearby. It's convenient. The train station is a 3-minute walk away. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and elegant, very nice aesthetic. Its prime location is undoubtedly its most impressive feature. The Shiodome metro station conveniently has an entryway directly within the hotel’s building, so no need to walk outside. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and all necessary amenities were provided, including pyjamas, hairbrushes, toothbrushes, slippers, body towels, and more. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel. Wonderful staff and great location. The spot is pretty close to all trains and subways you want to take. We opted for the breakfast as well…which was always good. It was great not to go hunting for something to easy before our daily journeys. Overall, a wonderful experience and would come back again if we visit Tokyo again.

The staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are larger than most hotels in Tokyo and the amenities are great. You are right next to a Trainline making exploring the city much easier. Area is clean and safe.

The hotel location was fantastic, with easily walkable attractions such as Ginza as well as the subway/trains for easy commutes around Tokyo. The staff was attentive and helpful to our needs. The breakfast was fantastic and available daily with a variety of selections and a reasonable time frame. The rooms were on the smaller side compared to other hotels that we stayed at, which was the only downside at this location, otherwise the service and amenities were extraordinary.
