Great Tokyo hotel stay!

A very clean and comfortable hotel. High quality mid-range accommodation with basic breakfast and coffee/refreshments available all day. Free luggage storage. Robots at reception add to the experience. Metro station 100m away Great Tokyo hotel.

Small hotel. Tiny rooms. Tiny "breakfast" area consisting entirely of prepackaged snack foods. Reception is automated (be sure to speak with the automatons!). There is a phone to call for assistance and a human will come.

LG Steam Closet in the room is a life saver to sanitize jacket and clothes. It’s close to 2 main metro lines and walkable to Ginza shopping area. Tsukiji market is also super close. The snack and drinks provided during afternoon and evening are wonderful. Staff are very nice.

Humanoid robots at the front desk where you self check in add a bit of fun for the kids. Good location for different metro lines. Walking distance to Ginza shopping and Tsukiji markets.

Good breakfast and drinks in PM is a plus. Love the robots at reception. Luggage storage is easy to use. Fan sometimes is loud in the room.

We rented 4 rooms for 8 people. We enjoyed our 3 nights at the Henna na Hotel Ginza. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were great. Loved the location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close to the subway stations. The staff was wonderful. Would highly recommend staying there.

Rooms were standard size if somewhat cramped, so not ideal if you have a lot of suitcases. Very decent hotel for the price if all you need is a bed.
