The hotel is in a convenient location with a direct connection to Haneda AirPort Terminal 2. Considering the size of the room, the hotel is quite expensive. At check-in the staff was not at all friendly or welcoming, with poor communication skills in English or Japanese which is quite astounding for an international airport hotel. The room was generally clean but the curtains and bed covers were dusty, causing an allergic reaction.

Great option if you arrive or depart from Haneda terminal 2 and want to stay close by before or after your flight. I was a little nervous we would hear planes but it was very quiet. There are plenty of places to eat and shop at the terminal.

翌日の朝のフライト早かったので、いつものホテルではなく、初めてこちらのホテルにしました。便利です。本当に便利。チェックアウトしたらすぐフライトのチェックインができて助かりました。高めのお部屋でないと滑走路は見えません。エレベーターも１つだけで、お部屋によっては結構歩きます。ドライヤーが弱いタイプなので時間がかかります。でも、清潔で快適でした。便利すぎて、朝早いフライトではない時もまた考えたいと思います。

Ultra convienient with direct access to the Termonal 2 check in area. The sound proofing of the runway facing room was superb, I could not hear any aircraft taking off! The facilities are somewhat dated and typical of those back in the late 1990s/early 2000s. Although very clean, there were many signs of wear and tear throughout the room.
