Haneda excel Tokyo hotel is located right in terminal 2 at Haneda airport. The hotel staff were helpful and efficient. The room was very nice. It was quiet, comfortable and many amenities were provided. I would recommend this hotel for an airport stay.

The room was not big but adequate for our family of 3. This hotel is in the same building as terminal 3 of the airport. That was a bonus given that we landed after 10pm. Plenty of food options the next morning at terminal 3. Including bento boxes. From our room we could see planes and see them take off. Literally next to where the planes were parked. We were provided with clean sleeping wear. The room was stylish and clean.

Although he tried his best and was quite pleasant, the front desk person who checked us in struggled with his English. I guess we had the wrong staff member assisting us, as the other staff member next to him seemed quite fluent in English.
