This property was spectacular huge beautiful top-notch service very friendly. Staff would stay here again amazing included breakfast. The only con is I wish they spoke a little bit better English, especially the concierge and it was not walkable to central Tokyo so we had to take the taxi or subway But I would definitely stay here any day very large huge room rooms very clean

English-speaking front desk clerk is not very attentive. He ignore us for a while and also didn't explain well enough how free tours are working in the adjacent museum. While breakfast was fine albeit a bit expensive in their Kanade restaurant, dinner and tea service were so-so.

Excellent hotel with a very special Japanese cultural impression. Staff is extremely professional and the rooms are big and clean. It is next to the Meguro train station which makes it very easy to travel to Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc. The hotel is right next to the Meguro river with cherry blossom trees throughout the location. Beautiful hotel!

Wonderdul japanese hotel, we loved visiting the old part and its miniature exhibit. We stayed in their japanese style room, they are great for a family of 4, spacious, nice bedding and bathroom. The only issue is door heights, a bit small if you are 6ft or taller :)

Beautiful hotel and stay. Worth every penny!

They helped arrange an all vegetarian dinner at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel and it was spectacular! And our room had an unexpected view of Mt. Fuji! Was a wonderful stay. The beds, the bath, steam shower and gorgeous hotel. Only wish we had more time!

We were absolutely blown away by every aspect of this hotel. The staff is always eager to go above and beyond, the food is wonderful, the hotel is stunning, and the room is amazing. Stunning interiors at this hotel and first class service. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in all situations. The Hundred steps Exhibition is a must see. Easy access to Meguro station via the adjoining Arcot tower and central Tokyo Shibuya, Shinjuku etc are only a few stops away on the Yamonote line. Shinagawa station is a few stops the other way giving easy access to Shinkansen and Narita express etc. Enjoyed the executive lounge. Perfect stay for us, we loved the hotel and the location and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Hotel Gajoen with our 5 month old baby. From arrival we were very impressed with the service, the staff were welcoming, helpful and efficient. The room was stunning, spacious and very clean. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here for a luxurious experience in Tokyo!
