Love this luxury property, so much to do nearby, and train station right outside the door. Excellent staff and service and great eating options. Executive floor and lounge was wonderful too. This was a great start to our vacation. There was a bus that took us directly to the hotel from Narita airport. During our stay, we were able to easily get around Tokyo from Daiba Station which is connected to the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the room was perfect. It comes with tons of amenities. We also enjoyed the restaurants in the hotel. I recommend trying each of them. Our favorite was the Grill on 30th Japanese breakfast. There is also a convenience store attached if you need anything. The hotel is in a fantastic location for walking around in the morning/evening. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Our experience in Tokyo was definitely made better with our stay in Grand Nikko. The hotel was right next to 2 different malls (buying necessities and food options) and next to the train line that led us quickly get into the city. The hotel itself was spacious, quiet, elegant and overall great. Top notch experience.

This is our repeat stay at the Grand Nikko Hotel. The property is clean and upscale. We enjoyed the use of the executive lounge and observation deck. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is unbeatable with multiple malls and attractions closed by, and also its own train station. We went in June with our kids, but unfortunately the indoor pool is not allowed for kids under 16 and the outdoor pool is not open yet. Also, wish we could have earned loyalty points with the Hotel even booking via Expedia.
