Excellent location, Diver city is a short walk away. The HND airport is also a short drive away, you can order a bus shuttle to take you directly to the airport terminals. Wonderful staff and spacious rooms.

The Odaiba area of Tokyo is a lovely place to be and the Grand Nikko is very conveniently situated for the monorail into central Tokyo and for the adjacent shopping centres. The Nikko has spacious rooms and excellent luggage storage facilities. Very clean with friendly staff. It is also a drop-off/pick-up stop for the airport bus which adds to the overall convenience.

The hotels in Japan I stayed at were great, I wish I had requested a bridge view if they have one. I wasn't thrilled with food options personally but they are trying to cater to all nationalities and I was being spoiled in Kyoto. The seven eleven was really picked over. The bakery is wonderful I wish it had more extended hours. The mall has a food court, but it's mall food. I picked the hotel for its ease of use to airport and it was fantastic for my purposes.

Impressed with the hotel service, it is super clean, customer service, Bell Captain, receptionist were very helpful. I used the indoor swimming pool and the spa amenities were private, very spacious and clean. The executive lounge is beautiful space has plenty of light with outdoor plants. It was constant replenished with fresh appetizers and drinks. Our bedroom had three comfortable beds overlooking the Bay Area. The bathroom had the fullest baskets of amenities. It is very special when the hotel remembers to include the correct number of bath robes, slippers and towels in the room you feel Welcomed!

This hotel is located next to 3 shopping malls (walking distance) There also a lot of this located on the train line right outside the door. (Team lab planets, go carts, more shopping. Toyosu fish market and so much more.) The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is very nice inside, super clean and it feels like a high end hotel. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is walking distance to large malls and right next to a train station. The breakfast and dinner are a bit expensive. If you decide to have breakfast outside the hotel, just know most restaurants won't open until 10-11 am. Oh one of the close by malls has the lifesized Gundam statue and the Gundam base store.
