Room was pretty small, barely breathable and tiny weave from blanket kept me sneezing all the time. Overall well maintained clean hotel, love the view from the room and open air sauna.

Great location from Haneda Airport and getting on Asakusa line to travel around Tokyo. You don’t need to deal with the bustle of the city but you’re also close enough to get back to the airport especially if you’re traveling with heavy suitcases. The hotel has a great location truly and the staff were very helpful.

Immaculately clean, generous with toiletries. Cramped quarters but the price is right. The website says Sengakuji station but only a couple of blocks to Takanawa Gateway station making for shorter metro rides in some cases— like no changes to get to Tokyo station on the JY line. Only 2 washers and dryers, so can burn up time waiting to do laundry. Coming back to Tokyo and booked here again. Good breakfast.

Had a great experience after a long night out. Overslept and almost missed checkout and was conveniently able to extend checkout a couple (very necessary) hours late from the TV. Cannot recommend this property enough!

Great time at this hotel. Breakfast buffet was awesome with lots of options. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but the other factors make a this hotel a great option to visit Tokyo either for work or pleasure.

The hotel is conveniently located within a minute from Sengakuji subway station and across JR Takanawa gateway station. The access to Tokyo, Shibuya, Oshiage(Tokyosky tree) station etc. is pretty simple and easy. I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. A single bedroom I stayed was pretty small but it had all the amenities. There is no need to pack toiletries. The room has pouches of instant coffee and green tea if you’d like them. The taste is not good at all. I suggest buying them nearby convenience store. The upstairs bath was a nice bonus. I could stretched out tired legs in the big bathtub. Just remember to take bath towels with you from the room. Overall, I had a pretty comfortable 9-day stay at this hotel. The hotel staff was always friendly and welcoming.
