Great location and excellent service!

Great location! The hotel is next to a train station so the commute with trains is very convenient. I assumed the hotel room given is based on the number of people because mine is perfect for one person. It’s clean. I stayed for 3 nights and they still provide towels, yukata and other essentials in a bag by your door even if you don’t request cleaning. I like this service.

The hotel was nice and clean, each room has its own router in it so wifi speeds were quick the laundry machines do get busy in the afternoon but you can check it anytime. The fact that it is a nice 10 minute walk from the KY train station is amazing. The ramen shop next door is great and cheap. There are also multiple convenient stores nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at all of the APA Resorts. This one is close to 2 main stations for transferring to major train lines! And they aren’t very busy normally.

Shocking stay among other APA stays

APA hotel is great but the room service isn’t the best after many experiences (at least 10 times) with APA. Location is best if you are travelling to Haneda often with free subways/JR right beside. Well, my first time bitten by mosquito in my room at level 17.

This APA can do better

APA hotel is great but the room service isn’t the best after many experiences (at least 10 times) with APA. Location is best if you are travelling to Haneda often with free subways/JR right beside. Well, my 2nd stay round of this stay has kinda musty smell.

Room is very clean with good amenity. Very close to Sengakuji station make it convenient to go from and to Haneda airport and other places. The hotel offered wide variety of breakfast options. Easy and fast check in and check out process.

The room is on the small side but the bed is very comfortable. There is a free spa on the 21st Floor. Just our luck, they had some sewage issues while we were there so we had to keep the toilet lid closed and the ventilation on all the time. There is a buffet for 2100 yen but we went to a decent diner just around the corner. Best feature is it is just steps from the Sengakuji Station on the A line; so getting around was super convenient.
