Nice and clean hotel. Very cozy if you're used to a larger space. Single lift in the building, can take a while for your turn to go back down to ground floor during check out times. Close to transport and loval shops. Service very good. Helped us with organising transport of our luggage to next accommodation

De esta locaciones no me gustó qye tiene mucho ruido ambiental. Cuando digo mucho a media noche me desperban los carros. Y la poca variedad de desayuno da pena. Me senti robada pague 1600 yens por pan y cafe. Tenian 6 o 7 cosas en el buffet que daba pena. Con ese dinero hubiese comprado comida para 4 desayunos en un 7leven!!!

I stayed there for 7 nights. It was pretty convenient as I could walk to either the bus or subway! Rooms are small, apparently most rooms are like that in Japan and price was Ok. I did have a nightmare with the laundry machine at the hotel but overall ny stay was ok. The staff was friendly.

great business hotel, there's a bus stop right at the front door that gets you easy access to Shimbashi. Room is tiny as with all APA are. bit of a walk if you enjoy that... it's a 10 minute walk up-hill to Roppongi's main area.

This is our second stay here. Rooms are small but very adequate and well organized. Staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly. No problems with language issues. If necessary, there are always staff familiar with English to communicate with in person or on the telephone. Breakfast options are good deal before heading out to explore Tokyo for the day. Restaurants in the neighborhood at all price points. If you are a fan of Indian food give Downtown B's a try, just a couple of blocks from hotel. We will be back here for another short stay in April before heading back to the US.
