This was by far the best hotel i stayed in , in my trip to japan !! It was super nice !! Theres a little shoping area around the area nd walking distance from a couple different train stations!! I will book again in the future !! Thank you APA

The room, while small, was clean and comfortable, and the air con worked amazingly well, even when it was 34° outside. Very friendly staff, who were always keen to assist. The hotel was 25 minutes walk from Akhibara, but the walk was a good way to see Tokyo (as Google maps took us 3 different ways on 3 different days!) Great city, and a great hotel to stay in while you're there.

The room was comfortable, but the lobby and common areas were crowded, overly trendy, and had an unpleasant odor. The breakfast was disappointing and not worth it. While the location was close to a metro station, the street itself lacked liveliness.

The towels old and smelly. The dust never wiped. The bed is clean. Air conditioner works on cooling only when temperature outside was 10 degrees C at night. Staff offers to me hitter.

We had good stay for 2 nights at this hotel. Very spacious for a budget option, and the luggage space underneath the bed is so game-changing! Next to a subway station, and very close to Asakusa Line to allow straightforward access to/from Haneda Airport. Minor negatives that it lacks, such as Laundry facility or Smoking room, but our overall stay was not impacted at all by it, as the staffs were very kind in informing us of the options to overcome the above
