Beautiful hotel and comfortable room. Excellent location, very close to all the amenities in town and right on the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was a bit awkward due to the positioning of the door, shower and sink (water went everywhere when showering!) but wasn’t too much of an issue. Breakfast had lots of variety but the quality wasn’t great for some of the hot items. We would stay here again when returning to Brighton.

This is an excellent place to stay with family. Parking is available, and you can use a discount code provided by the receptionist when checking out. The property is well cleaned; however, the seaside window glass and door frame require some attention for cleaning.

Very hot hotel. No regular service in the bar area and expensive. They do a cheeseboard but dont have port or a sweet wine? No separate restaurant doing day or evening, only breakfast. Have to eat in bar. Doesnt live up to a 4 star hotel and a poor imitation on the hotel in the past.

When i arrived, i couldnt see the accessible entrance and had to ask someone to get a member of staff. The 'dosabled entrance is a normal size door, so difficult to maneuver. The check in was slow, the room was very hot as was the whole hotel. In the bar, there is very little waiter service, which is poor for a 4 star hotel. There is no restaurant open in the evening, meals are eaten in the bar area. The restaurant only opens for breakfast. Very poor and expensive for a 4 star hotel.
