Hotel needs upgrade and maintenance. It is old , outdated and equipment do not work. Air conditioning was not working, bath extractor fan was broken, beds were in bad shape. As a family, it is hard to unwind after long exhausting day.

Staff were very rude, we asked if there is a lounge or a place that we can sit together later at night when the restaurant is closed and they said no but you can stay in the lobby as long as you want. An hour later they came and started bothering us for being in the lobby this late, we were not drinking nor eating, and not making any loud noise. Very rude

They are busy. I tried to call down to reception as the previous guest had obviously smoked in the room and it rang out for at least 3 times at over a minute. The weirdest was that they don't have the Hotel Hoppa and airport taxi transfer is 25 pounds = not cheap considering how close. I used Uber and it was USD19. I did use the lounge and the staff member on duty was really very very good and attentive.
