We were a family of 3 adults with our 23 yo son staying for one night. The reception looked nice when we popped in to check we could park, but I soon noticed a few things that weren’t as premium as I’d hoped. We had a tiny room and even toner bathroom with an opaque door which was no good for us as a family of adults! There was a really strong smell of urine in the corridors on the approach to our room on the second floor which was awful. The pool closes at 7 so we had to rush to fit in a swim before dinner and it was tiny and needed a good clean. Our room was opposite a function suite or similar with really loud music. Luckily we don’t go to bed early so it didn’t stop us trying to sleep but was annoying to listen to and could have been loud for a daily with little ones. The sound proofing of the room was shocking and we could hear the conversations of the neighbours and outside in the corridor.

Oxford

Great location. Room good however the bathroom door is made of glass and very close to the bed. The pool and steam/sauna room is very nice only aloud to book for 30 minutes. Staff at reception was very friendly.
