The room was cold. The staff were rude to guests. I seen the staff being rude to a mother with her child. The staff claimed the hotel had a no eating in the lobby policy. Very poor hotel.

A really clean and comfortable hotel. Beds comfy and room temperature perfect. A good value for money hotel which I have used several times and would use again. Staff very friendly and helpful.

As a family of 4 (with children) we were given a room on the first floor facing the main street which was prone to constant noise throughout the night. Furthermore we had late and drunk guests trying to access our room via the main and adjoining door. Finally, the sofa bed was uncomfortable with an inadequate mattress making it difficult to sleep on. Staff were not friendly and were simply there to type things on the computer and hand out and collect keys.

This was a one-night stay, room-only, on Christmas night. We were able to check-in early afternoon at approx. 3pm and leave bags, and returned approx 1am. Room was fine and bed comfortable, although it was cold in the room and was slow to heat up. Nevertheless, slept well, shower was good and we were out at 9:30 am. Will use the hotel again.
