Dated hotel but comfortable room. Some toiletries are no longer provided which is not reflected in the in-room booklet and sub-standard in my opinion. No air con in the room but there is a small fan. Only reason to come back would be for the sea view which is beautiful on a sunny day. For breakfast, I would recommend heading to the cafe just outside on the beach if weather allows.

Great! Lovely friendly staff with a genuinely warm welcome. I could tell that the staff in the restaurant knew some of the clientele from their stay by their conversations. Im sure it's those personal touches that make a difference when choosing a hotel. In my experience Best Western are great at choosing the the right staff that give great customer care.

Super friendly staff, and wonderful enviroment. Check-in and out was a seamless process and stress-free. Beds were comfy and bathroom was lovely and clean. Not too far from Brighton Pier, and the bus stop in-front of the hotel made for an easy route - the hotel staff were very kind even when we returned in the early hours of the morning 😅. Would highly recommend!

The staff were nice it was clean but very dated old building. Noisy as room was above the restaurant was a lot of money for the room size and condition no air conditioning. ! Extra for breakfast most hotels that price include breakfast.

The room was really spacious and the bathroom was too. It had all tje usual facilities. Had nice comfy chairs by the window which had a sea view and we used them a lot. Staff were very friendly. There's a bus stop right outside which was great as it dropped us right by the shops and a few minutes from the Lanes. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with parking a bonus. Friendly accommodating staff. Room was nice and clean. Plenty of tea and coffee etc. Nice food in the restaurant. Bar person was lovely as was the waiter and the chef. Drinks at the bar not over expensive. Bus stop right outside so easy to get into town.

Perfect for a Romantic Getaway!

It was our first stay here we usually go for AirB &Bs in Brighton town centre. We chose here because of its location for the Glorious Day Festival and it was ideal. We opted for a sea view room which did not disappoint, we stayed up late watching the sun go down and the sky changing colour, sheer bliss and very romantic. The beach is literally across the road and there are so many great places to eat out within easy walking distance. If you get there early enough there is parking onsite it can be tricky getting in and out of here but least it's an option. The staff were amazing and so helpful and we even got checked in an hour earlier which was a result. I want to say thank you to Jan (that was her name I think - the blond head receptionist/ manager maybe was brill. Also the young brunette receptionist in the evening when we returned from our meal deserves an acknowledgment too, she helped with our checking out choices. We will definitely return and it's worth paying extra for the glorious sea view- just book it! :))
