I had booked an accessible room with this hotel. On arrival on mobility scooter was met with several steps. Fortunately there was a rising lift to the side. There was a sign saying contact staff for assistance. This involved having to climb the stairs to get someone to assist with getting scooter on to reception area. It transpired that the lift was out of action because it kept catching the stairs so had to be welcomed to the hotel via a dirty tradesman’s entrance round the back. Check in was professional and friendly. The room was adequate but positioning of the bed meant that a third of the room was inaccessible to me. However the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with grab rails etc and shower was powerful. There was no mirror in the bathroom so shaving was a bit of a lottery. All in all an unpleasant experience that I won’t be repeating again

Helpful receptionist

Good value for money Had a problem with toilet but repairman was on site to fix Reception staff friendly and helpful. Like the idea of wooden key cards to help reduce the use of plastic .

We were vry pleased with the hotel never used easy hotels before, we need a bed and some to shower and for the price it was perfect, the reception staff were lovely both on arrival and departure. and the price was amazing.

Noisy guests within the hotel

Stayed here for a family trip to the city and to visit the Uni. Bought at a budget price. Issue we had with our 2 rooms was the noise all times of the night. Not from the roads but from other guests. Worst example was someone along the corridor playing loud music on their phone at 5.15am Sunday morning. I guess they were coming back and were oblivious to the rest of the world. This was 1 of a few occurences of people coming back late without their noise filter switched on. Next time I'll spend more, but it's not as if I spent nothing. Standard room was small but ample for 1 night away. Double bed was just a standard so be aware if booking you need to check the bed size. Wouldn't stay again

For the price, there's nothing I could complain about with this stay. It was clean, quiet, efficient, and the staff was lovely. Steps from public transportation and food. Neighborhood was a bit run down, but not unsafe. Would stay again, absolutely.

Good Location

Good location in the centre of Sheffield. Good for a one night stay in the city as it’s clean and comfortable enough. Stayed in windowless room, again which is fine for one night as it did have air-con to keep it cool. Towels were provided.
