Wonderful.

Amazing stay. Beautiful luxury hotel, exceptional staff and dining. Fabulous location on trolley line, one block from Union square. Excellent value. Across the road from famous Sears Diner, 2 mins from excellent Steak house.

The staff were really friendly (some silly!) and easy to get along with! Service was awesome and the hotel was nice and had character. The only confusing part for us was the valet parking or parking in general upon arrival.

The bed was comfortable with a nice weight comforter. We enjoyed being up on the 12th floor away from the street noise. The lobby is elegant and cheery, and its very conveniently located in Union Square, close to lots of activity, cable car line and more. The bathroom was elegant as well. Nice size refrigerator and adequate space in the room.
