First of all the city view was spectacular and bed was comfy, overall we had a great sleep. Other than that, it was a frustrating stay. Safe enough neighbourhood daytime but still not the best. However we walked to Tommy’s for food which was enjoyable. Got this hotel for the pool but it was freezing in the summer & they only offer small hand towels which is ridiculous. The parking was $50 usd, the valet was unfriendly and the staff could never do anything for you. Parking was horrific and needs signs. We spend 20 mins trying to take our luggage around turns out we were in the staff elevator which has a different route. Not great if you’re trying to catch a flight. Food is airport prices expensive, no robes, no slippers and no rooms available but beside the elevator which was NOISY 24/7 the wall against the bed and guests & cleaner’s loud voices! NO PERKS FOR ANY OF THESE INCONVENIENCE. I’ll say average because the view was nice, high floor 21st & comfy bed which was a must. I’ll probably try another accommodation next time tho.
This is the pool towel… few last hand towel in the cold pool.

Was very worried about my car being broken into because of the news. This hotel was lovely clean, great restaurant inside. Loved the gated parking made me feel safe.

Great hotel! Staff was friendly and helped us navigate around the city using the street cars, cable cars and Waymo. Breakfast was above average, definitely worth the cost. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the many sirens we could hear throughout the night but that goes hand in hand with wanting to stay in a central area.

The room was good and the housekeeping was also great. Very friendly staff. There are many dining options around the hotel. It is also near a trader joes and whole foods if you needed. Also access to the last stop of the california line cable car. Would recommend.

Great hotel in the middle of everything. Very lively bar area and lots of people enjoying the nightlife. Reception was efficient but friendly. I arrived late and left early so didn't have as much time there as I would have liked. Parking is easy but expensive at $45 a night. Expect to queue for service at the bar and for coffee etc
