Easy check in and check out. Clean facility with great staff. Only downsides are very narrow parking in the garage and some of the outside noise will get into your room. Holiday Inn might want to look at installing thicker windows for the guestrooms.

Clean hotel. 20mins walk to union square. Checking in was a bit weird as the reception desk has big computer so you cant really see who you are talking to so i had to move to the side to see the reception person as they were not moving to greet you. There's no wecome to the area information given. No greeting good morning or good evening

The property was as described in most reviews. Convenient location for our needs, safe, quiet, clean, staff was excellent, small coffee bar in lobby was perfect, Keurig in room with mini fridge, fitness room onsite and beds were comfy. Housekeeping went out of their way to find a missing garment and bring it to the front desk after I had left. Met our needs for a quick stay!
