Elevator troubles

It was a little above average . However my kids got stuck in the elevator for an hour. Mind you it was a service elevator so they shouldn’t have used that one but they didn’t know because there was no signage saying not to use it. I was offered a complimentary night stay with free parking for the incident. My kids were ages 14,16,21 so they weren’t terribly traumatized or anything, even though they had to crawl out of elevator while it was between floors. No one was injured and it was a pretty old elevator…

We stayed in the old/historic section of the hotel. Unfortunately the aircon didn't work and some of the electrical fitting showed signs of age/rust
