The prices of parking were not included in the price on hotels.com. Costing an extra $75 a day was very costly. The room did not match the description on hotels.com either. The patio was over in the pictures was overlooking the city. But our room was looking at the back of buildings.

I was upset that my booking online showed connecting rooms. However, when I asked the front desk to confirm if I am set up with the rooms side by side she didn't know. She also couldn't do anything about it and just handed me my room cards and mentioned that she hope they were connecting. As if she didn't know the hotel room numbers. This was a big issue for me since I was traveling with my small children however, I didn't pursue to investigate further with a manager because I was very tired. My husband and I decided to split for the night. Please advise hotels to try to make changes if possible.

Great location near Union Square. Our room was clean and well appointed. Staff was excellent. Parking check in was slow but we arrived at a busy time. Nice that they have valet option with in/out privileges. Although there is no restaurant on site, they have made arrangements with several restaurants nearby to offer discounts. Just show your keycard. Nice touch! We have another favorite place to stay in SF.

Staff is amazing! Management needs to hire more parking valet though.The gentleman was trying his best in getting all the cars to guest quickly. Additionally, the rooms don’t look like the pictures but if you’re looking for a spot that you will just be sleeping it’s a cool area. Most likely won’t be going back but over all it was okay.
