Stephanie and Jodi were delights. Stephanie was so sweet our first night and upgraded us! Jodi was so knowledgeable about everything around town. Helpful tips and she is so well connected! Such a delight. Only downside was our cable didnt work. Seems like someone pulled the cable out of the wall. But it just gave us more time to talk.

Fanastic to stay here for our 2nd stay in the city after venturing inland for a few days, it was great to be able to relax by the pool and chill to recharge before a couple more days of sightseeing prior to returning home. The room was big and well appointed.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Handlery. The only problem we had was the plugs on the desk and nightstand were unusable because they were too loose to plug anything into. The room was spacious and quiet and very comfortable.

First time staying at the Handlery Union Square Hotel and I must say it was a pleasant experience! From check in to check out. The staff was beyond accomodating. The hotel lobby is staffed 24 hours a day always smiling, friendly and welcoming.
