The staff are excellent! Great attitudes and service. The parking is adequate, but expensive (expected from LA I guess). The rooms themselves are the disappointment. Having been to other Loews I was not expecting interiors in need of some touch ups and updates. The rooms lack that 5-star look and finishes. The view itself is okay, with the Hollywood sign, but underwhelming. This is to be expected from such an urban area.

Amazing hotel,great location , staff amazing

This hotel is a must from the location to the helpfulness of all the staff we were here with family 11 in total. Check-in was made very easy. Concierge every question /problem we had they sorted . Business centre printed labels for us again nothing to much trouble. The pool area is great and the staff keeping it clean and tidy. This hotel is a perfect stop visiting LA location and sights over looking Hollywood sign

so glad i booked this hotel in the end. location was great and connected to ovation mall. remember to claim the free movie ticket from tcl chinese theatre as well as the free hop on hop off ticket for red route. there’s also a free bowling ticket as part of the destination fee they charge.
