Montrose was an instant upgrade to our LA visit. Quiet, walkable neighborhood close to tons of dining and entertainment options. Great staff! Very sincere and actually work to be hospitable.

You can hear everything in this old, creepy hotel. Young person party vibe. You can hear the floor above you, the floor below you. Fire alarms went off at 6am. Stayed for two nights but couldn't sleep due to noise and hearing every pin drop. Definitely NOT recommend.

The hotel presented an aesthetically pleasing appearance, both in its exterior and interior design. During my three-night stay, I was unable to utilize the pool or other amenities. The gym was compact and lacked a substantial amount of equipment. The most concerning aspect was the numerous undisclosed fees. I was required to deposit $300 in incidental fees, which were not indicated on the website. Additionally, the hotel retained $138 in hidden fees.
