Well I think the room is horrible if you open the drapes your view is the elevator and the people on it, the sheets and pillows cases ( some not all) and towels smelled musty, and the price for parking is crazy but the staff very professional and nice but I honestly think we were given a horrible room and we’re afraid of heights they put us on the 16th floor I explained how my daughter and husband were uncomfortable and they gave us the 10th still too high but whoever the old guy was he didn’t want them to move us at all. So no not worth the money oh and no windows and no vent or fan in the room.

Really comfortable spacious room with an excellent bed and great view! Lobby Cafe was a great option for something on the run. Loved the adorable Weston Dog Mascot driving around in his own electric car. Hilarious, friendly and Entertaining. Also note, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely going back!

50% of retail is closed including independent restaurants. I remember it in its hay day. Its still a unique property but I dont see a way yo get full occupancy for retail. Still clean and a nice inexpensive place to stay downtown.

The property is older and not been updated. There is room service but they are still following Covid rules so you get disposable dishes and also the coffee cups in the room are disposable. The wall are very thin and you can hear the next door occupants in the bathroom and the room. There is no fan/ ventilation in the bathroom so it gets stuffy. For the valet parking, the clearance is only 6 feet/ 72 inches and our SUV would not fit into the basement parking. We had to park across the street for $50/ night but there is a back door access to the hotel with a key card.

Southern California Trip

My first time staying in Los Angeles, and I don’t think I could’ve picked a better place to stay! Parking, checking-in was simple, and the room was perfect. The views were beautiful (every window and elevator), the pool was like nothing other (heated and spacious), and with the Downtown location, everything was nearby (entertainment, food, etc). However, you are staying in Downtown, which means it is the prime location for everything. This city never sleeps. You’ll might wake up at 4am and hear cars driving or people walking/talking. It was a bit difficult for me and my partner to rest throughout the night, but the outside noise was not the hotels fault. Just something to be aware of booking this location. Thankfully, the hotel provided a sleep scent on the side of the bed. It is best for you to be prepared for long wait times when retrieving your vehicle with valet. It can either be 5 minutes, or 30 minutes. But understand there isn’t much staffing, and we understand the valet drivers are doing their best. All in all, it was a great place! The staff were all so helpful. Me and my partner agreed to stay here again if we were to visit the city. It definitely captured our spirit.
