Great bed

It was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I had a great nights sleep, despite the noise outside. The second night I was more aware of the noise, although I’m not sure what it was. Seemed like there was all night construction but maybe it was just the freeway. Still, great bed!

Great, beautiful place to stay, staff willing to help. Reception even offered to accommodate us, not just our luggage, for a few hours before our room gets ready. The kind of kindness I wasn’t offered with the other hotels in the past. Same happened, last moment when the door man approached to lift my luggage to the Uber’s trunk, outside the hotel.

I normally like the Westin and have stayed there multiple times, but this time it fell short. Our sheets smelled like moist clothes and the smell was a bit strong. The previous guest left something in the safe and the desk woke us up early in the morning because they wanted to get in the room. Mind you, we came back to our hotel room at 3am the night before after a concert so we when the front desk called we only had 4 hours of sleep. We told the desk we didn’t feel comfortable with someone coming in our room. They left us alone and then proceeded 2 more times to call us back. We felt rushed and felt like we didn’t get rest because of this. Normally a nice hotel, we hated this experience this time around
