I normally like the Westin and have stayed there multiple times, but this time it fell short. Our sheets smelled like moist clothes and the smell was a bit strong. The previous guest left something in the safe and the desk woke us up early in the morning because they wanted to get in the room. Mind you, we came back to our hotel room at 3am the night before after a concert so we when the front desk called we only had 4 hours of sleep. We told the desk we didn’t feel comfortable with someone coming in our room. They left us alone and then proceeded 2 more times to call us back. We felt rushed and felt like we didn’t get rest because of this. Normally a nice hotel, we hated this experience this time around

Family get away

I love this hotel, but didn't have a great experience when we arrived it was a bit disappointing the luggage carriers weren't working, so we had to carry all our bags. But the valet guy was sweet an apologetic. Then at check in the lady that attended me (LOURDES) was not friendly at all didn't even say hi didn't even smile just asked my name. At one point she asked if we stayed there before, I said yes, she proceeds to hand me my room key and says ok then you should know where to go. So since I have stayed there before she doesn't explain anything to me. I had told her to have a goodnight she didn't even reply to me just looked at me. She just kept looking at me so weird almost felt like I was being judged. I find that to be very rude and unprofessional. The cleaning lady was so nice and at check out (Luis) was so nice asked how everything was, if we enjoyed our stay, super friendly, I really wish check-in was this friendly.
