Decent stay

The hotel is a bit rundown but not terribly so. I had an end hallway room. It was quite loud. You could hear doors slamming etc. They have signs posted in the hallway about quiet times and I never heard any people yelling but it was the traffic in the hallway. Maybe a weather seal on the door would be helpful? The surrounding area didn't feel safe at all. The McDonald's in the parking lot was handy, otherwise I just used Instacart to get some snacks and dinner.

Perfect Place

This place is perfect for travelers. The text communication is wonderful for anxious travelers. The shuttle convenient, the meal at the restaurant delicious, the bed comfortable, the room clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Perfect and quiet.

Not the best...

The staff were kind and helpful. The overall condition of the hotel was average. Our room had bubbling paint on the wall in the bathroom - probably due to NO FAN in the bathroom and NO WINDOWS THAT OPEN. As a result, there was an unpleasant musty smell in the room. The best things about the hotel were the helpful staff, the breakfast and the bus they offered for the Beyoncé concert at SoFi stadium.
