My room was clean there was nothing and in mini fridge the airport shuttle bus needs work there was only one person working that night the staff in the dinning hall was rude to some of the guest because the only spent a night and they work on cruise ship but overall experience is ok I book my hotel through Expedia and I have been charged 3 times first time was 171 Dallars for a hotel I didn’t booked in New York and I haven’t received my money back on November 16 it was the same night I book the hotel here in Los Angeles holiday inn and the they charge my card another 228 Dallars that says pending and when the got there and ask there don’t know anything about it then I was charge a 190 Dallars for the night I’ll be staying there and a 100 Dallars on hold Incase I purchased anything on property that one I know about and when I try to query these charges I came up with nothing and I need my money back

Check in was smooth and ok, but the shuttle service from airport was very bad. I was waiting for almost 2 hours at terminal 4 in the LAX to catch the shuttle under the rain and cold temperature.

I booked a room without breakfast and the airport shuttle was not easy to find as there were many tourists in the lobby waiting for cruise ship buses. The room was basic and clean, but fixtures are dated the service at the front desk was good but there were a long waits to check in.

It took a long time for the airport shuttle to pick up the passengers and make its way to the hotel. Check-in process was slow due to a large number of guests arriving. Limited space available for guests to wait as rooms were still being cleaned.
