Everyone was absolutely friendly from front desk to their restaurant. Every morning they checked up on me and the first day when I flew out they sent me a text asking if I needed any more information and seen if I need the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was how breakfast wasn’t included but that was my mistake for not checking. The restaurant is very nice and delicious. They do automatically put a 20% tip though. Otherwise I have no complaints

For a senior the toilet was unusually low. No towel rack. The wall along TV, coffe,luggage had no light. Otherwise everything else was very good and convenient.

Just what you need for an overnight.

This was a layover for me so my needs were mlnimal. But everything was great. Breakfast is too expensive IMO $25. Shuttle was a very long wait at the airport, my only complaint.

Overnight refresher

We were here after a 10-hour flight from Dublin and still had to fly out the next day to SFO then to Maui. This was our overnight resting stop and we were pleased with the reception, condition of the room, and comfort.
