Hyatt room was great, however the only reason I have downgraded the rating is due to the breakfast which was not great, also the fact this is meant for international travellers a kettle for tea should be part of the room amenities. The room was extremely clean and comfortable.

It’s outside the airport was about the only good thing. Oh and nice views of the L.A if on a high floor. Sketchy people walking around the hotel at night and nothing else around the area.

Freezing in lobby and restaurant but impressed by the hotel overall. Frequent tram pickup to and from the airport. Great staff. Very good restaurant and welcoming bar - cool modern decor tons of places to sit and chat with friends - very lovely furnishings- immaculately clean everywhere. Rooms included

The bathroom was dirty. Very loud and you can hear the airplanes. This is a minor issues, I was charged for 15 minutes in the garage $6.00. Very expensive and they should have 1st hour free.
