Hyatt room was great, however the only reason I have downgraded the rating is due to the breakfast which was not great, also the fact this is meant for international travellers a kettle for tea should be part of the room amenities. The room was extremely clean and comfortable.

Property was decent; typical for near an airport. Instructions on how to reach the hotel were skimpy and not fully correct. No one answered the phone at the front desk when we tried to find out more about the shuttle.

Hotel was clean and all staff was polite. The hotel is very sound proof. I didn’t hear any planes until 4am and it sounded like distant thunder. No street noise either. For shuttle trip to the airport - I recommend going to the parking garage and waiting for the driver vs waiting at the hotel front door. You’ll get picked up faster.

Would stay again

The beds are the most comfortable i have ever slept in. The hotel is incredibly quiet despite being next to the airport. We didnt hear any planes or people during our stay, which is great as i am a very light sleeper. Check out was wonderful and the 2 young men working the desk both seemed to enjoy their jobs, they were very affable. The room was very clean. The shuttle was very convenient. However, i hated that the bathroom door was only a sliding door that didn't "close" at all. Despite that, i would stay again.

You can walk to this hotel from Lax. Under 10mins walk from Terminal 1. There is a shuttle that runs every 15- 20 mins. The hotel itself is well appointed, rooms are clean and spacious..

When we ordered a breakfast perfect for us, the server kept urging us to order the buffet or more expensive plates that had all our items PLUS foods that we don't eat. So why would we buy those? The server brought our a la carte foods, but my husband felt the server gave us attitude after seeing that we weren't going to needlessly be huge spenders and ignored us for the next 30 min. Luckily, the kitchen gave all honor to the a la carte menu; the foods were excellent, tasty! Thank you much to the Chefs! Finally, my husband stopped a different server to get our check so we could go catch our plane.
