Hotel needs renovations .. bathrooms are old looking , chairs and desks . The policy to have to request to clean your room is not practical , they should clean period ! Always taken larger amount as “guarantee “ on your credit card even if you prepaid your trip . Staff is ok

The shower never had any hot water. You have to order 24 hours in advance to have the room serviced. THE PARKING IS $50 PER DAY WHICH IS EXHORBANT. I questioned this and they said it’s because you are staying in West Hollywood. I can tell you now that definitely not worth it as the whole street where this hotel stands, is run down

The parking garage is treacherous. Whether your scraping the undercarriage of your vehicle upon leaving the one exit they or the dubiously placed support poles which took a bite out of my front bumper (all the poles there have similar damage marks in them), I won’t be back, ever. My favorite part, the parking garage attendant was dismissive of the damage because it happens there so often, obviously.
