The room was dirty upon check in we found dried excruments in the toilet. The staff was not apologetic and was slow on resolving the issue. No hot water in the room, Tissue paper box was empty, cracks on the ceiling and the windows were dirty and paint peeling off

The room was good. There was only one set of electrical sockets on one side of the bed. Would be better to have them on both sides. The room upgrade was great. The hotel is really beautiful.

I was excited to stay at the famous Biltmore Hotel, and so disappointed in the result. I had to take cold to luke warm showers for 2 days. The water temperature was not good it would take 6-7min to get luke warm. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. I went to 3 different floors looking for a vending machine that worked because i just wanted a soda. Couldn't find any that worked. The Bar and restaurant close early which sucks when your having private events there and they end after everything is closed. The room did not look like the pictures i seen online, furniture is old and in bad condition with material ripped. Everything was dusty, cobwebs in the corners by the curtains. No attention to detail when the rooms are being clean. I will definitely never spend the money to stay here again.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. The room we had (which I paid for an executive room) had chipped paint on many tiles in the bathroom, the mixer tap/shower didn't work very well, the bath was not very clean and the air con in the room was so loud it was difficult to sleep. Bed were comfy at least.
