Horror Terrible

The check in was amazing they two ladies in the front were amazing funny, friendly, great customer service. We grabbed our keys headed to our room and to our horror the room was occupied. I walked into someone else’s occupied room. We closed the door headed back down. The ladies called the manager and explained what happened they refunded our $25 parking and put us in a suite. This was not acceptable I had to check to make sure the safety lock was on all night. Because it was a non refundable room we had to stay. But at the point I didn’t feel safe at all. Luckily the other guest was not in their room. If they were I don’t even want to imagine their reaction.

Parking was stacked so that was an issue trying to squeeze in the space. Staff were excellent. Housekeeping staff worked very hard and kept everything clean and in order. Front desk clerks were very friendly two blocks from The Hollywood Bowl.
