I liked this was like a private home however the fact that they did not do housekeeping during our stay was not so great. The area is convenient to get to and from places in LA but downtown is not typically a safe and there are not walkable distance places to go eat and check out.

Great value in busy area of downtown LA. Close to Staple Center, dodger Stadium and a number of good restaurants. The outdoor space has a large pool and hot tub. Movies every night. Gym has top notch equipment including multiple peletona. Rooms are all suites. Two large rooms with apartment style common space. Subzero fridge freezer. Two bathrooms, one en suite. Many with balaconies w/ excellent views of the skyline. In the same area of LA as the Conrad, Ritz, and other high end boutique hotels. This place is the best value by far

The one bedroom suite was very spacious and nice. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the shower and sink water did not get hot or cold, it was always just warm. The living room couch was quite stiff and not very comfortable.
