The hotel was ok. Unfortunately, there is a LOUD whistle sound coming from the possible a/c unit. We were told the system was NEW, but on the 3rd day, it totally STOPPED working. There is a $25 per day resort fee, but the hotel isn't a resort. Nice restaurants, but quite pricey. Front desk staff is warm and friendly.

Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by a loud noise coming from the vent in our room that kept us up throughout the night. We were moved to a new room for our second night, and while the noise was less intense, it was still noticeable and continued to disrupt our sleep. The engineer who inspected the issue explained that it was a pressure problem and stated that nothing could be done to fix it. Rooms on floors with known pressure issues should not be made available for reservation. When traveling, quality, uninterrupted sleep is extremely important, and this experience fell short of that expectation.

There was a $200 per night security deposit retained. This cost more than the hotel room charge and both charges were retained. I stayed 3 nights, so essentially I had to give them $1,000 which included both charges. The final room price was $400. Never heard of this before!
