The staff was amazing! Super sweet and staff was accommodating and the room was ready on time which I love! Would definitely stay here again! Very close to SoFi stadium I’d say about a 10-15 min drive.

Second stay - not as good as the first

I enjoyed staying here in the past, but I won’t book again. The AC did not work well, despite the thermostat being set at 66 degrees F. It came on and off (very noisily) during the night, but the room never cooled down sufficiently. Another problem: I wanted to change the dates of my 2-night stay by one day. I was prepared to change to a different room (2 queens instead of a king), and I said I was prepared to pay a change fee. But instead of being flexible, the hotel or Hotels.com required me to pay for a third night.

Housekeeping service entered my room without my consent (3 times)while the do not disturb sign was on the door. 2 security staff members came pounding on my door at 11:30pm to demand I speak with the hotel manager due to billing error. The tv did not connect to WiFi during my whole stay. 3 sets of room keys not working AFTER rectifying issue with billing error at 12 midnight & having to keep going to and from the 15th floor to check if the room keys were working only to find that the concierge security blocked the door. I asked the concierge why didn’t someone contact me during the day or early evening to handle these issues or when I checked in, she stated “they should have” & nothing more.
